We spent the whole day in Kyoto, mostly at Fushima Inari Shrine, hiking to the top. This is one of the most visited shrine in Japan, and definitely a challenge for us, since we weren’t prepared for over 3,000 steps up to the top with the elevation of 233 meters. As we got halfway to the top, we saw a decreased amount of people, and slowly, by the time we were almost there, it was just us.
I bought one of these good luck charms and decided to write our wishes and placed it here at the shrine. Hopefully, everything I’ve asked for comes true in the future.
We kind of reached halfway and decided to take a break to enjoy the scenary.
After a tiring hike, we ventured to Kyoto city for dinner.
